How does the made to order program work?
Our made to order program allows you to choose from a selection of fine fabrics and customize our shirts, ties or trousers with a range of style and fit options. You can order up to 10 shirt fabric samples for $5, so you can compare and decide with ease.
How long will it take to receive my item?
Most made to order products are shipped within 6-8 weeks of placing your order. The current timeframe will always be indicated at the review stage when creating your item. Please note we have two annual mandatory factory shutdowns that will affect the shipping times.
How do I know what size to choose?
If it is your first time ordering, please contact us and we can help you figure out the most suitable size with our Style & Fit guide.
What is the return policy for these items?
We want you to be happy with the item you chose, so if your first Made to Order item doesn't work out, please contact us and we will work on finding a solution.
